Staff were very attentive, Khun Gem was very responsive to our needs and requests and went above and beyond to resolve any issues. Kitchen staff and Chef were very welcoming and accommodating, even making pancakes daily for my son as a special request. Dara is perfectly situated for those with transport in Phuket. We had a van, and found that Dara was great to access all of the island, very central, and close to the charm of the old Phuket Town. The Movie/Hollywood theme of Dara sets it apart from other hotels, and gives it a unique character.

Breakfast was more or less the same every morning but was still good. Location was good especially if you do not want to be in a noisy area.

The beds were comfortable and we had room service everyday which was great as we got new towels and bottles of water everyday. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the room was comfortable the facilities were good and the location was close to Phuket town and opposite Phuket Central. The staff were very friendly and super helpful.

The hotel was nice and there was a lovely cafe beside it. Room was very large as was bed and that was very comfortable. Staff were nice and accommodating and restaurant in the hotel was good. Deck was large and nice. Air conditioning worked well.

Very convenient location, close to the phuket central shopping centre which had amazing food options! Room was very comfortable however the bathroom was a little small and crowded. My boyfriend and I are quite tall so that could be more of a personal problem 😭

location was great, it was walking distance to central phuket mall. there's a cafe and minimart in front of the premises as well. other establishments can be found around the area. staff was very warm and nice, communicating with them was not a hassle since they spoke good english.
